Rates
We ship worldwide with the following rates.
Free in-store pickup
National - 7.00 €
Europe - 15,00 €
United States and Canada - 30,00 €
Rest of the world - 40,00 €
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. GTM + 1 (except holidays) are shipped the same day. If you place an order after 3:00 p.m., GTM + 1 or holiday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday (except holidays). Note that Saturday delivery is currently not available
Tariffs and taxes
Regardless of the service you choose, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes in your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for additional information. Verify that the package is in good condition when the carrier delivers the order before signing. If not, have him write it on the delivery note otherwise, you will not be able to claim it.
Keep in mind that previous transit times are not necessarily guaranteed.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
You can make a return within 15 days of your original shipping date.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Please note that some items as original artwork, prints, and figures are not elegible for refund.
Refunds will process through the original payment method used for your purchase
The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item and the shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are not refundable
Send your unwanted items
Contact us at contact@norteone.com to request your return. Adding your order number, and reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying the cost of sending the returned item. We recommend that you use a courier service with tracking, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to request a product change
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced

Order modifications and cancellations
To modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the shipment has been made.
How to get your order refund
As soon as we receive and inspect your unwanted items, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of your items and the approval or rejection of your refund If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through your credit card or the original payment method you used for your purchase
Please note that the shipping costs associated with the return are not refundable.
Late or lost refunds
It may take 5 to 10 days until you receive the amount returned to your account. If after this time you have not received your refund, verify your bank account and contact your credit card company or contact us at contact@norteone.com
